Area51 Gym offer a world class training facility with state of the art equiptment and a large ammount of free weights and machines. We also offer a wide selection of group fitness classes.

Bootcamp

The 1 hour functional fitness class blends strength training for muscle and a metcon portion for cardio and endurance. It’s a balanced workout targeting muscles, strength, and overall fitness.

W.O.D Class

Workout of the day! Varied functional movements and typically completed at a high intensity.

Technique 

The 1 hour Technique class encompasses Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics moments, scale up your deadlift, squat, clean and jerk, snatch and a wide array of gymnastics movements.

Spining Classes

Great cardiovascular training on indoor bikes with great music, lots of energy to help you make the most out of your workout.

Boxing Class

Using foundation, medial and advanced skills routines plus drill methods,each class uses time tested skipping, bag/pad work and body weight circuits. You can maximise your potential in achieving any of your physical improvement goals and add another skill set to your armoury, by incorporating the Boxing based cardiovascular conditioning class led by experienced coach Lee Murray.
