Bootcamp
The Area51 Bootcamp class is a great 45 minute workout. It is high intensity circuit training with various functional exercises that will guarantee you get results.
Insanity
The Area51 Intensity class is a 30 minute high intensity circuit training workout. There is no rest, and no time to recover which makes it higher intensity.
Extreme
The Area51 Extreme class is a 60 minute high intensity circuit training workout. You do every exercise on the circuit twice, which makes it more challenging, and more extreme.
WOD
The Area51 WOD class is a 60 minute cross training workout of the day. Every class is totally different, but all of them are extremely high in intensity. Improve your all round fitness with a cross training WOD.
